Recently we went to 7 eleven with some friends for supper and got some ready-to-eat Hanjuku eggs which were yummy. That inspired us to make our own Hanjuku eggs at home so that we can enjoy the eggs anytime we want. We've tried a number of recipes and found this to be the best. Hope you will like it too.
